Cascade’s New Full (90-Day) Warranty

To further help you provide the best bracing solutions for your patients, we’ve updated our warranty for custom DAFOs and prefabricated Fast Fit orthoses from a limited to a full (90-day) warranty.

What does this mean for you? Cascade now covers the cost of shipping your brace back to us for a redo or adjustment. If Cascade’s technical support team determines that it’s necessary for a brace to come back to our facility, we will email you a UPS label.

New Flippers!

Trim colors/patterns, foam choices, and now transfers chosen by the patient are great tools to personalize their brace. Our flippers are a handy set of samples of all these choices. Such choices also help considerably with patient compliance.
