Improved Website on its Way
Cascade is in the process of building out a new robust website. We currently have our interim site up with our new look and feel, and soon will be adding deeper content and better functionality. Visit our website, www.dafo.com.
By January we will have e-commerce functionality available for online purchase of our non-custom products and casting supplies. You will be able to purchase online the HotDogTM, PattiBobTM, and PollyWogTM shoe inserts, the PollyEthelTM footplates, KnitRite® socks and casting supplies.
Introducing Cascade Care Provider Program
The patient and his or her family is best served when a physician and therapist thoroughly understand the patient’s biomechanical challenges and potential solutions, and are teamed up with a qualified orthotist to provide the highest level of service for selecting and fitting the appropriate Cascade orthosis. To support this network, we are excited to introduce the Cascade Care Provider program in 2006. Look for program details on our website and in future newsletters. As part of the program, registered providers will be listed on our website and visitors can search in their geographic area for practitioners to serve their DAFO needs.

We have updated our order forms with a few minor modifications. The changes are designed to make the ordering process easier and to ensure the best final brace for your patients. You can download the new order forms from our website, or give us a call at 1.800.848.7332, and we will send you a complete set. As always, it is good to check our website or check in with customer service periodically for any updates or changes. As you will see in this issue we also have two new product offerings—SoftEaseTM and DAFO FA, both with new order forms.
