Continuous Improvement Program

At Cascade we are constantly creating innovative new products and improving existing products to better address patients’ needs. That can mean we introduce a single new product (like DAFO FA), or an entire new product line (such as SoftEase^TM). But often it means we make changes to existing products to improve their effectiveness, durability and applicability. Some of these changes are minor and some are more significant.

When minor changes are accomplished, implementation becomes the next question. With less significant changes, the new information will be reflected by updated order forms, website information and product materials. For those changes that are considered more significant and urgent, we attach a Continuous Improvement tag to affected products to explain the changes and benefits to the practitioner. If you receive a brace with a tag and have any concerns about the changes, please let us know. We look to you as our partners in serving the patients to let us know what works best.
