We’re very pleased to announce the opening of cascadeshop.com, our eStore for Fast Fit^TM products. At cascadeshop.com, you can purchase shoe inserts—HotDog®, PattiBob® and PollyWog—and the new JumpStart® line of streamlined, double-layered, wrap-around orthotic support—Cricket^TM, Leap Frog^TM, Bunny^TM, Kangaroo^TM and Combo.

The first step for our eStore—its current form—is to handle retail credit card transactions only. The next step will be to work on wholesale ordering by practitioners. (For now, wholesale orders still take place by phone, eForms, email, fax and postal mail.)

On cascadeshop.com, in addition to the full products, buyers can order replacement inner or outer shells, SmartKnit socks and other accessories. The eStore calculates shipping based on your location and gives you two shipping options: UPS or U.S. Postal Service.

In order to purchase products, buyers create an eStore account. (This account is for the eStore only and is different from a Cascade wholesale account.) As well as providing destination information for shipping charges, My Account holds the buyer’s contact information for order acceptance and shipping. A credit card number is needed for the order; for added security, that number is not stored. Order history can be tracked in My Account.

The site includes an extensive Frequently Asked Questions page, very useful to practitioners and parents alike. FAQs include everything from “Does size mean shoe size?” to “My child is allergic to latex. Can she use these products?”
