Introducing New Customer Service Team

Cascade Dafo has a fantastic new team of five customer service representatives, an increase from the previous two-member team. Many of you may have already noticed the new voices on the phone. The new team has been busy taking care of our customers’ needs for a few months now.

Each member of the new team comes to Cascade with extensive customer service experience, and as a result has jumped in quickly without disruption to our customers. Throughout all functions at Cascade Dafo we focus on the customer— always considering the patient experience in the decisions we make. Nowhere is this more important than with our Customer Service Team who deals directly with you, the practitioners, who work directly with patients.

The Customer Service Team supports the many orthotists and physical therapists who use Cascade Dafo products with their patients. The team handles all sorts of issues, big or small. They take call-in orders for off-the-shelf shoe inserts and custom bracing supplies; they field general questions and track customer orders as needed.

If an order has already been placed, but the ordering practitioner calls to change the color of the foam padding, the Customer Service Team can track the order down and be sure the change is made to the patient’s request. If an instep pad is lost or a toe rise pad needs to be adjusted, Darren, Laura, Lori, Merry and Tami can take care of it.
