In my 15 years with the Cascade Dafo, I have seen a lot of changes and growth, but I have found that fundamentally the highly precise, hands-on custom approach to brace manufacturing is much the same. It still proves to be the best way to deliver what the children need.

Owner Don Buethorn’s passion for this company and for the kids is inspiring. He clearly just wants the braces to fit and work for the kids, and has designed a product and method to meet that goal. It is very rewarding to me and my team to be a part of the process of making positive changes that impact children’s lives.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate over the phone and getting to know the many who order from us. Over the years I have developed a personal rapport with many of you. Some practitioners are so passionate about their work; it tends to be infectious and spreads throughout the Technical Support Department.
